Common questions
Where does our data go?
The agents run on infrastructure you control. Which data is sent to an AI model is decided together with you and documented.
What happens if the agent makes a mistake?
Important actions require approval from a person, and everything the agent does is logged. It only gets access to what it needs.
Which AI model do we use, and what does it cost to run?
It depends on the task. I choose models for quality and cost, and set up cost control from the start.
Can we switch tools or models later?
Yes. The setup is not locked to one vendor.
